NGOs

Aleph provides bespoke solutions for NGOs helping those facing severe hardship and in turn create a significant impact on families and communities.

Our representatives have worked with a number of charitable organisations in the UK including Citizens Advice,  The Royal College of Paediatricians and Child Health, The Royal College of GPs and The Cherie Blair Foundation. Additionally, we have managed projects with a number of smaller community advice agencies and centres, enabling them to provide essential services to individuals and families.

Examples of the work we have carried out include managing and delivering advice services, improving accessibility, setting up alternative channels for advice and information, digitalising services, fundraising, bid and report writing.

We can also advise on volunteer recruitment, budget management, project management, staff and volunteer supervision, staff training and retention.

At Aleph we believe that the way forward for many smaller NGOs is setting up consortiums and  working in partnership in order to maximise resources and share ideas of good practice. Such Partnerships also provide opportunities for collaborative work, networking and forums to discuss topical issues.

The current Global  Pandemic has meant that a number of entities within the Advice and Charities sector will be affected by funding cuts, a reduction in services and restructures, making it extremely difficult to continue to operate and deliver essential services to communities.

If you are a Charitable Organisation and would like to discuss what Alpeh can do for you, please contact us for further information about our Services.
